Scope:
- Engagement duration 2 years contract (2012-2014) with Ministry of Labor partner with Elixir Consultancy.
- Number of BAT consultants mobilized and engaged (7 Consultants onsite) and 3 in the back office.
IMPACT Markers:
- Complete PMO Setup TakamoL & Elixir PMO.
- Drive TakaMoL company setup, legal compliance, Org structure and financial model as MoL arm to drive public private partnership initiatives.
- Transition PMO for TakaMoL sustainment.
Key rules and responsibilities
- Drive TakaMoL company setup to support PPP model
- Develop initiatives qualification process framework & apply framework on the existing initiatives
- Define / analyze key stakeholders, develop RASCI, shadow initiative owners and Drive problem solving session
- Setup PMO & apply project management methodology
- Develop selection criteria for vendors qualification and manage their deliverables
- Own initiatives related content, communication development and management
